Photo Shirts

We can put nearly any image you want on a shirt. We call the process a Photo Shirt. To make the process quicker and easier for everyone here are some guidelines for photo shirts.

We cannot print copyrighted material. Our lawyer says it is at our discretion and not the customers what constitutes copyrighted material.

We prefer digital images in Jpeg, Photoshop (.psd), or Illustrator (.ai) formats - we may not be able to work with other formats. We can work with digital images from a CD, DVD, or USB driven device – sorry no floppy disks!

We can scan most any printed item, though if it is larger than our scanner bed there may be an art charge added.



We can usually enlarge an image, but how much depends on the quality of the source image (dpi and dimensions) – enlarging an image may cause pixilation.

The entire process usually takes under 20 minutes.

Finally, we can only print photo shirts on white or light colored shirts.

You can always send us your image in advance at scphotoshirts@gmail.com with the subject ATTN: Photo Shirt Order, but you will still have to come in to place your order.

At this time all orders must be placed in person at our store in Chicago - we will not accept photo shirt orders via the phone or email.


Group Orders

We can accommodate any size order and do give price breaks for larger quantities. Group orders take 7-10 business days, but often less time than this. The pricing depends on the number of colors in your transfer, the number of prints per shirt, and the number of shirts ordered. The minimum order for this process is 6 shirts. At this time all orders must be placed in person at our store in Chicago- we will not accept group orders via the phone or email.
